Cauliflower Rice



Ingredients:


Cauliflower florets - 2 cups (gratted)

Rice - 2 cups 


Onion - 1no( medium, chopped)


Green chilly - 1 slitted length wise


Cinnamon - 1 no

Clove - 1 no

Cardamom - 1 

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

salt to taste


Oil + Ghee - 2 tbs




Method:


  C
lean and grate  the cauliflower .


  Heat oil and ghee in a pressure pan,   add c
innamon, clove, cardamom, 


  ginger garlic paste and add chopped onions and slitted green chilly.

 Add  grated cauliflower and add salt, mix well.


 Then add 3 cups of water and rice. 


 Cover and cook until the cauliflower rice is done.

 Serve with Boondhi Raitha...
